SmartBilling Arrives October 1st: More Control Over How and When You Pay

At Lead Marvels, we're always looking for ways to make doing business with us easier. That's why we're excited to introduce SmartBilling, our new automated billing platform launching October 1st, 2026.

SmartBilling is designed to give customers greater flexibility, more control over how and when payments are made, and a simpler way to manage monthly billing. Customers will be able to choose their preferred payment method, select a monthly billing date that aligns with their business, and enjoy the convenience of automated payments and centralized billing records.

A Better Billing Experience

Every organization manages payments differently. Some prefer ACH while others prefer credit cards. Many organizations also have specific accounting cycles, approval processes, or preferred payment dates that influence when payments are made.

SmartBilling gives customers the flexibility to align billing with the way their business operates. By establishing payment preferences once, customers can enjoy a more streamlined and predictable billing experience moving forward.

Billing on Your Terms

One of the biggest advantages of SmartBilling is flexibility. Customers can choose ACH or credit card payments, select a preferred monthly billing date, and align billing with their internal accounting processes.

The goal is to give customers more control over how and when they pay while creating a billing experience that fits the way their business works.

Set It Up Once. We'll Handle the Rest.

Once your SmartBilling account is configured, monthly payments will be automatically processed on the date you've selected. This eliminates the need to manually submit recurring payments each month and helps simplify the billing process.

The result is a more convenient and predictable experience that reduces administrative effort and allows your team to focus on higher-value activities.

Everything You Need at Your Fingertips

SmartBilling also makes it easier to access and manage billing information. After each successful payment, customers will automatically receive an invoice showing their balance has been paid in full.

Billing history and payment records are available in one centralized location, making it easier to maintain records, track activity, and access the information you need when you need it.

What Happens Next?

To ensure a smooth transition, every customer will participate in a brief SmartBilling setup session with a Lead Marvels team member. During this screen-sharing session, we'll help you access the SmartBilling portal, connect your preferred payment method, select your monthly billing date, and answer any questions you may have.

It’s easy. The setup process is quick and straightforward, typically taking only a few minutes to complete.

Important Dates:

• October 1st, 2026 - SmartBilling becomes the standard billing platform for all Lead Marvels customers.

• October 31st, 2026 - All existing customers must complete their SmartBilling setup.
